Resposta a pedidos de Clientes, Comerciantes e Utilizadores de todos os produtos que sejam endereçados a nível do backOffice;
Atendimento diário de chamadas recebidas na linha de Apoio ao Cliente e Comerciante;
Tarefas administrativas de apoio ao departamento;
Executar todos os processos internos definidos, de modo a garantir o melhor nível de qualidade nas atividades do departamento;
Apoio aos restantes departamentos tendo em conta as principais necessidades e pedidos do Cliente e Comerciante;
requisitos/requirements
Experiência de atendimento telefónico em ambiente Contact Center (preferencial);
Resiliência e capacidade para trabalhar sob pressão;
Habilitações literárias mínimas ao nível do 12o Ano (preferencial);
Ser fluente em português e capacidade para comunicar em Inglês (escrito e oral);
Sólidos conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
Capacidade de Organização e método;
Capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
