As a Service Desk Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing technical support to our global user community, ensuring seamless operation of our IT systems and empowering users to maximize their productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Ensure smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide premium-level support to users, offering guidance, training, and solutions to technical problems
- Work in various shifts to accommodate global time zones and meet the needs of our user base
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, ensuring knowledge remains cutting-edge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a global organization
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft applications, especially Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Windows OS
- Proficiency in troubleshooting all things Windows, especially laptops, SCCM, and experience with ticketing tools, specifically ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey information to users
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping users and providing top-tier support
- Adaptability and willingness to work in various shifts and handle a variety of technical issues
- Excellent teamworking skills
