Service Desk Agent - Finnish Speaking

As a Service Desk Agent, you will provide technical and customer support to our Finnish-speaking stakeholders, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with empathy and proactivity, prioritizing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Own the stakeholder experience by collaborating with diverse helpdesks, product partners, and quality engineering teams.
  3. Coordinate regular calls with clients to address product accessory refills and upgrades.
  4. Process both client-generated and internally generated service request tickets within specified delivery times.
  5. Provide administrative support to certify client details and update incorrect information in our stakeholder's client database.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year's experience in customer support or a client-facing role, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Closed familiarity with computers and digital network configurations
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptability to working alongside the time zone and calendar of local stakeholders
Languages
  • English: B2-C1 (Independent User Level)
  • Finnish: C2 (Native-Level Fluency)
