We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Finnish and have a strong analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills. As a Customer Support Agent with HCLTech, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
Job Summary:
Provide multilingual customer support via phone, email, and chat to Finnish speaking clients. Answer technical and non-technical customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HCLTech products and services.
