Salary and Benefits

About the Role

This non-technical role involves providing technical support to clients in Finland, primarily through phone, portals, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year's experience in customer support or a client-facing role in a multinational environment, and close familiarity with computers and digital network configurations. Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for technical and customer support inquiries from Finnish-speaking stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing incoming client contacts and escalations, owning the stakeholder experience by liaising with helpdesks, product partners, and quality engineering teams, and providing services to clients like Air Liquid, Goldman Sachs, eBay, Fiat, NHS Hospitals, Cambridge Universities, and others.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma or Secondary School Completion Equivalent required. Minimum of a year's experience in a Customer Support or client-facing role, in a multi-national environment preferred. Close familiarity with Computers and Digital Network configurations, including advanced level working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Adaptable to working alongside the time zone and calendar of local stakeholders. Required Language Thresholds: English (B2 - C1: Independent User Level), Finnish (C2: Native-Level Fluency).
