Customer Support Professional with Finnish Language Skills

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Professional to join our team at HCL Technologies. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customer support inquiries from our Finnish-speaking stakeholders.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity, prioritizing their needs and providing unique solutions to problems. You will also own the stakeholder experience by liaising with diverse Helpdesks, product partners, and Quality Engineering teams.

Responsibilities
  • Process client-generated and internally generated service request tickets within specified delivery times.
  • Coordinate regular calls with clients for refills and upgrades to product accessories.
  • Provide administrative support to certify client details and update incorrect information in our stakeholder's client database.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Close familiarity with computers and digital network configurations.
  • An advanced level working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to adapt to working alongside the time zone and calendar of local stakeholders.
  • Native-level fluency in Finnish (C2) and independent user-level English (B2).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
