Dutch Service Desk Professional

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Dutch Service Desk Professional to join our team at Cross Border Talents. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients from various industries, including Air Liquid, Goldman Sachs, and NHS Hospitals (UK), providing top-notch technical support in the Dutch language.
About the Role:
This is a non-technical role that requires strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in customer support or a client-facing role in a multi-national setting.
The Service Desk Agent will be responsible for managing incoming client contacts, escalations, and service request tickets within specified delivery times. Additionally, they will provide administrative support, certify client details, and facilitate supply-related requests, including consumables such as toners, fusers, and drums.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year's experience in customer support or a client-facing role
- Closing familiarity with Computers and Digital Network configurations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Native-level fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Competent English language skills (B2-C1 level)
