A competitive salary of €1200 gross per month, plus a 10% performance bonus and €100 monthly UP Hellas allowance, as well as private medical insurance.
We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to represent a prominent financial institution. This role offers a chance to work remotely or from our office in Athens, Greece.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, and product offerings.
  • Efficiently handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations by adhering to established guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.

Work Conditions:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Location options: Work from our Athens office (relocation assistance available) or remotely within Greece.

Bonus and Benefits:
