We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international team, providing exceptional customer service and support to Dutch-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via multiple communication channels.
  • Web Services Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's web services and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering personalized solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report valuable customer feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and intermediate English (B2) is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory. We value a strong willingness to learn and develop.
