Job Description

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your key duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our web services and offering accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing effective and personalized solutions.
  • Communicating clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent Dutch language skills and at least intermediate English language skills (B2).
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory. We value a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to offer quick solutions.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment and ability to adjust to new challenges.
