We are seeking an analytical and effective Dutch-speaking professional to join our team as a Service Desk Agent. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the technology industry by providing exceptional customer support.

As a Service Desk Agent at HCL Technologies, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking stakeholders, handling incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity. Your goal will be to prioritize their needs and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with diverse teams, including Helpdesks, product partners, and Quality Engineering teams, to ensure seamless stakeholder experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a multinational setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital network configurations is also essential.

Key requirements include:

  • Dutch (C2: Native-Level Fluency)
  • English (B2: Independent User Level)

Estimated annual salary: $55,000 - $70,000, depending on location and experience.
