Technical Helpdesk Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and provide digital support for a range of products and services.
- Diagnose issues and find solutions.
- Work closely with the team to keep improving the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in Norwegian (mandatory)
- A good and detailed knowledge of IT Fundamentals, Operating Systems, Desktop Applications, Networking, Network protocols.
- Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.
