Technical Helpdesk Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and provide digital support for a range of products and services.
  • Diagnose issues and find solutions.
  • Work closely with the team to keep improving the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent in Norwegian (mandatory)
  • A good and detailed knowledge of IT Fundamentals, Operating Systems, Desktop Applications, Networking, Network protocols.
  • Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.
