About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at Servdebt. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our computer equipment and workstations are set up and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support for software and hardware issues
  • Set up and configure computer equipment and workstations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Participate in the implementation of new IT projects
  • Support the system administration team

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support functions, knowledge of Microsoft technologies, and a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
