Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection in Barcelona. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients of one of the world's leading financial services providers.

As a crucial link in the Talk & Help Desk, you will assist clients with inquiries about their cards, accounts, payments, and fraud while meticulously following procedures.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Handling client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app
  • Providing end-to-end solutions for technical questions
  • Assisting clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures
  • Utilizing call and email channels to assist clients
  • Maintaining security procedures around sensitive data
  • Ensuring accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system
