About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative for our client in the Banking Sector, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to bank customers via phone, chat, and email, addressing their queries and concerns about products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with product and service inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner


Requirements:
  • You are a native Dutch speaker
  • You have a business proficiency level of English
  • You are motivated and committed to your work
  • You have excellent communication and listening skills
  • You are a team player who is willing to work with many other nationalities
