Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team at Landskill. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Office and Windows support, as well as software and hardware troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues using established procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of all incidents and resolutions
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Knowledge of operating systems and software applications
