Job Title: Deal Desk Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Deal Desk Manager to join our team at BigID. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for scaling our deal-closing process and analyzing deal outcomes. Your expertise will help us improve our contract negotiation process and create efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Sales and Legal through the contract negotiation process and make process improvement recommendations
* Act as an advisor to the field on new business and renewal offers
* Guide sales and CSM teams on all renewal and new business deal items
* Support sales reps through quote creation in CPQ, including ensuring that contract terms accurately reflect the company's interests
* Provide enablement to new joiners to the Sales team to help accelerate productivity
* Lead process improvement initiatives to support scalable deal processes

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience working with sales teams in a deal desk, sales operations, or sales support role
* Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills and the ability to manage cross-functional team communication
* Demonstrated attention to detail and organization skills
* Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in developing processes & procedures for scale, including change management
* Experience with enterprise SaaS and complex deal structure
* Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and CPQ tools
