Help Desk Specialist for Modern Infrastructure

As a Service Desk Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical and functional support to end-users from our customers via various channels.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues;
- Acting as a single point of contact for forwarding tickets to second-line teams and partners/suppliers;
You must have:
- A strong educational background (12th grade level or higher);
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory);
- Experience working with Microsoft Office O365;
- A background in user support, preferably in a service desk or helpdesk environment;
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems;
- Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange, and file shares;
- Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and anti-spam solutions;
- Knowledge of instant messaging clients;
- A good understanding of hardware and peripherals.
