Help Desk Specialist for Modern Infrastructure

As a Service Desk Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical and functional support to end-users from our customers via various channels.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues;
  • Acting as a single point of contact for forwarding tickets to second-line teams and partners/suppliers;

You must have:

  • A strong educational background (12th grade level or higher);
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Fluency in Spanish (mandatory);
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office O365;
  • A background in user support, preferably in a service desk or helpdesk environment;
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems;
  • Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange, and file shares;
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and anti-spam solutions;
  • Knowledge of instant messaging clients;
  • A good understanding of hardware and peripherals.
