Location: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Trilingual speaking User Support Advisor (Russian, Polish, English)Salary: Basic salary package 16,280 EUR gross p/a plus 60 euro transport allowance p/m plus around 150 euro food vouchers p/mWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Mon-Fri 9am-6pmRelocation package:€2,500 relocation support (paid along 30 days after completion of training) in case relocating from outside Portugal Recently we have seen an increasing trend of streaming companies and websites taking viewers from classical TV into new services and devices. Are you ready to join this exciting journey with the best-loved video streaming website in the world? If you like the sun and the sea then this city is right for you The Role As an User Support Advisor you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding multi-channel support via phone, email and live chat to users of this online video sharing platform. This is an exciting role where you guide your customers through different options and troubleshoot any technical issues they experience. Besides this, you will answer any questions they may have in regards to posting videos, arranging password resets as well as any other general customer queries. Although this is a multi-channel support role, the majority of client interaction is done via live chat and therefore multi-tasking and being able to handle multiple chats at the same time will be important in this job.  

Requirements

Requirements The successful candidate has: Fluency in Russian and a good command of English and PolishPrevious experience working in a call centre desiredEagerness to learn and attention to detailsFlexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environmentAbility to multi-task 

Offer

Selection process can be done remotely via online video conferencing. A relocation bonus is offered for those successful candidates that relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal. Besides this, there will be a relocation team available to provide assistance with finding temporary/permanent accommodation.
