Procuramos profissionais com paixão por tecnologia, orientação ao cliente e excelentes habilidades de comunicação para oferecer suporte técnico aos usuários.A empresa que o irá contratar:Multinacional líder em Sistema de informação O que é importante para ter sucesso:Formação superior preferencialmente na área de informática.Experiência no minimo de 1 ano em funções similares.Domínio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) e sistemas operativos a nível de usuário (gestão de arquivos, estrutura de pastas, funções básicas de usuário Windows).Conhecimento do ambiente de Internet, navegadores e e-mail.Excelente capacidade de comunicação, tom agradável e empático, orientação ao cliente.Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa, proatividade, dinamismo e vontade de aprender. As suas futuras funções:Atendimento telefónico para suporte técnico ao usuário, prestando assistência em software e hardware.2 anos de experiência em suporte de IT, funções de Helpdesk ou similares (fator obrigatório)
Conhecimentos de administração e configuração de Windows 10, Windows Server, Office 365 e Active Directory
Excelente capacidade de diagnóstico e resolução de problemas técnicosResolução de consultas e incidências de nível I, incluindo PCs, tablets, smartphones, periféricos específicos da entidade e comunicações.Escalamento de incidências para níveis superiores, quando necessário.
