What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

  1. You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers.
  2. Take care of our Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  3. Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service.
  4. Work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, for example, Sales and Marketing.
  6. Be part of an international and multilingual team.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  1. Are fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1).
  2. Have an advanced level of English (B2).
  3. Possess strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and customer-oriented.
  4. Have a high level of empathy: providing excellent, customer-friendly service is your top priority.
  5. Can manage escalation processes and resolve complex issues.
  6. Have prior experience in customer support.
  7. Are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, e-mail) and can work with many tools at once.
  8. Have a problem-solving mindset, curious and persistent in resolving issues.
  9. Are well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure.
  10. Are proficient in using a smartphone, tablet, and computers.
