You will fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will:
- You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers.
- Take care of our Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service.
- Work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
- Collaborate with other departments, for example, Sales and Marketing.
- Be part of an international and multilingual team.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1).
- Have an advanced level of English (B2).
- Possess strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and customer-oriented.
- Have a high level of empathy: providing excellent, customer-friendly service is your top priority.
- Can manage escalation processes and resolve complex issues.
- Have prior experience in customer support.
- Are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, e-mail) and can work with many tools at once.
- Have a problem-solving mindset, curious and persistent in resolving issues.
- Are well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Are proficient in using a smartphone, tablet, and computers.
