Oferta: Eurofirms Services recruta Brand Activation Analyst (M/F) para prestigiado cliente na zona de Lisboa. Funções:- Desenvolver o Plano de promotoras 121: planear atividades nos melhores Pontos de Venda com base nos critérios do cliente e atribuir as melhores promotoras nos melhores Pontos de Venda de forma a garantir um bom desempenho;- Contactar diretamente com retalhistas que trabalham em estreita colaboração com a equipa comercial - a agência 121 e as partes interessadas dos clientes;- Assegurar o lançamento de atividades 121: Acompanhamento diário das atividades das promotoras para assegurar o objetivo de planeamento e a melhor execução;- Maximizar os resultados, minimizar as incidências, assegurar o stock nos Pontos de Venda, trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a agência 121 e a equipa comercial; - Participar na formação das promotoras 121: Formar a equipa de promotoras para assegurar o conhecimento correto das marcas e mecânica da campanha;- Acompanhar o desempenho 121: Gerir as ferramentas de Inteligência 121 para fornecer relatórios de alta qualidade e acompanhar os KPI's chave, com a finalidade de alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos, apontar os sucessos e encontrar novas oportunidades, aprendizagens ou melhorias para ações futuras;- Participar nas Campanhas de Consumo 121: Analisar e cruzar informação com o desempenho do mercado e da marca para obter novos conhecimentos para novas iniciativas de ativação 121, a fim de ser competitivo, pró-ativo e fazer a diferença em relação à concorrência;- Tratar da comunicação entre Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing e Field Force para assegurar a excelência na sua execução;- Assegurar uma forte e boa relação e comunicação com as agências 121, fornecedores e intervenientes internos para assegurar o processo de planeamento e ativação da excelência.Requisitos:- Experiência mínima de dois anos na área de Marketing ou Vendas;- Bons conhecimentos de Office e Power BI;- Capacidade analítica;- Capacidade organização e planificação.Horário:Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais de segunda-feira a sexta-feira em regime de horário fixo das 09:00h às 18:00h com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.Qualificações:- Licenciatura em Marketing (ou em área similar).Línguas:- Conhecimentos de castelhano;- Inglês fluente;- Português falado e escrito corretamente.
