Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering client relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving the growth of our ISO certification services.
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and contact potential customers, introduce our ISO certification services, and convert leads into customers.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's growth goals.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks related to business development, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and using MS Office tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with the company's overall goals.
Expansion: Assist in identifying opportunities to expand our services to surrounding regions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business development or related role.
Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
Personal Attributes: Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow with the company. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Knowledge of ISO certification processes and standards.
Experience in the certification or quality assurance industry.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong networking skills and ability to build professional relationships.
