**About the Role**:
The Community Operations organisation at Uber is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. Within our Community Operations organisation, our business development team focuses on revenue generating activity.

As part of developing our RevGen teams we are recruiting for a number of senior business development specialists to support our ongoing operations in RevGen.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide high quality support to clients
- Meet sales or revenue generation goals
- Sell to, onboard, and manage relationships with clients
- Engage in lead generation or prospecting
- Uncover prospects’ business challenges and highlight the business’ value proposition
- Communicate with clients over various mediums
- Identify best practices for sales
- Communicate and engage with external stakeholders
- Support team with campaign and/or prioritization management
- Partner with internal teams to drive business recommendations
- Sell to or manage large or high revenue segments
- Upskill team members through consolidating best practices (e.g., SME, Product Strategy, and local expertise)

**What you'll need**:

- Has worked the last 12 months in RevGen
- On or above target performance in RevGen for last 6 month period
- Regularly supports upskilling/onboarding of RevGen team members
- Frequently communicates with and acts as a RevGen shadowing POC for stakeholders
- Exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly while staying organized when engaging stakeholders
- Strong time management and prioritization
- Logical and data-driven decision-maker
- Autonomous and target-driven
