The Role: We are seeking an experienced individual to join us in Lisbon to lead our Business Development activity across Portugal, Spain and other European markets. This is a key role for us as we further scale & diversify our business.
Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning process for the Company, define short and long term plans and advise Management in setting & refining business targetsDevelop sales strategy to achieve Company's sales & revenue targets.Identify new business trends in the market and develop competitive strategies, frameworks, templates, financial models, intelligence reports etc. as per the requirement.Lead important strategic initiatives as mandated by the Management on behalf of the Company. Partner with clients/ business leaders to support development of business strategies including market entry, growth, and portfolio strategiesSpearhead horizontal as well as vertical business diversification initiatives of the Company by exploring local/ international markets.Plan approaches & pitches - Identify key strategic growth opportunities for the Company and work towards closing the opportunity. Develop proposals, through internal teams, to address client requirements, concerns and objectives.Work closely with the clients/ business leaders/ investors to identify key strategic questions, scope analysis, assign resources, manage execution and report findings.Work with the internal teams to oversee potential deals, from outreach to business case development, negotiation strategy till deal closing.Explore opportunities and generate leads to meet order booking/ sales targets.Provide insight knowledge on market intelligence, competitors and competitiveness, on potential opportunity, through Company's Go/ No Go (GNG) process.Ensure compliance to legal and regulatory documents during company registration/ PQ process, project PQ process and pre/ post tender stages. Who we are seeking: Degree in Engineering/ArchitectureSignificant leadership experience in Architectural Business DevelopmentBD experience in Portugal, Spain & other international marketsTechnically sound & able to build in-depth knowledge on ARC's services across all sectorsConfident presenter and communicatorExcellent commercial understanding and awareness, strong networker and a results-driven, self-motivated and self-disciplined individual
