Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to corporate customers and partner companies via phone and email in both Dutch and English ;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software such as Intune , Teams , SharePoint , Office 365 , and general system administration;
Collaborate with IT administrators, managers, and other employees to solve technical problems;
Offer process improvement suggestions and share feedback with relevant teams to enhance customer support experiences;
Manage customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
Fluent Dutch communication skills (spoken and written);
Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level;
A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or system administration;
Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge;
Availability to work in rotating shifts ;
EU passport/ID or valid Portuguese residence card .

Competitive salary starting from €1,341/month , with 14 payments per year;
