Brisa Group is looking for a Venture Capital Lead to join our Ahead Ventures team
The newly established venture capital team at Brisa Group seeks to identify, invest in, and nurture high-potential startups in the mobility sector. Our key objectives include generating strategic value and financial returns, fostering innovation within Brisa Group's ecosystem, and positioning Brisa as a leader in corporate venture capital.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the definition, development and execution of the venture capital strategy, including investment focus areas, deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management;
Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, other investors, and partners within the venture ecosystem;
Oversee the investment process from initial screening to deal closure, including negotiation of terms and ongoing portfolio support;
Collaborate with Brisa Group's business units to identify synergies and facilitate partnerships with portfolio companies;
Report on portfolio performance and market trends to Brisa Group's senior management and stakeholders.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Proven track record with 10 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or a related field, preferably with a focus on mobility;
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a deep understanding of venture capital investing principles;
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with startups and across corporate functions;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable;
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
