Gestor de relações e consultor qualificado para gerar e desenvolver parcerias valiosas com clientes a longo prazo; ? Auto-motivado para atingir e superar metas; ? Atendimento ao cliente e orientação para hospitalidade; ? Excelente jogador emequipa e comunicação fluente em inglês; ? Vendedor de soluções e abordagens práticas, motivado para alcançar resultados. Qualificações: Licenciatura em Administração de Empresas, Gestão ou áreas semelhantes; Formação, estágio ou experiência em espaços de coworking, imóveis comerciais, hospitalidade, escritórios compartilhados, gestão de propriedade que forneçam histórico de vendas e a base de conhecimento para cumprir com eficiência todas as expectativas do trabalho. Responsabilidades: ? Prospeção de processo de vendas, tours, follow-up, execução e criação de documentação adequada ao longo do processo; ? Geração de leads evendas proativas participando e/ou organizando eventos e atividades de networking; ? Criação de promoções com base nas diretrizes de preços do proprietário; ? Criação de relacionamentos com empresas e membros para venda da proposta de valor da Venture X; ? Maximização do desempenho de vendas na localidade; ? Definição e implementação de estratégia de vendas na localidade (desde identificação de oportunidades a angariação de novos membros); ? Realização de tours profissionais; ? Acompanhamento consistente por e-mail, telefonemas, mensagens em social media; ? Identificação de potenciais clientes e conexão através de social media, comunidades, eventos de networking, organizações profissionais e/ou parcerias.
