We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Agent.

Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and chat Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional support Address customer complaints, offering solutions within set timeframes Diagnose client issues, troubleshoot, and provide resolutions Identify when to escalate issues to another department or senior representative Work with other specialists to resolve or close support tickets Document actions taken, categorize cases, and flag potential bugs for the engineering team Complete and update all job-related administrative tasks Skills and Qualifications Native or fluent in German (both spoken and written), with fluent English (minimum B2 level) Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify technical language for non-technical users Resourceful, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision Capable of working independently while also contributing to a team What We Offer Competitive remuneration package based on experience and performance Be part of a dynamic and creative team in a positive work environment Access to guidance and tools to help you reach your full potential Meal allowance provided Rotating shifts covering hours from 7 AM to 11 PM, Monday to Sunday Transportation allowance Private health insurance Annual performance bonus Relocation support and assistance in finding accommodation And many other benefits
