Procuramos Territory Sales Manager Junta-te a uma Multinacional Líder em Dispositivos Médicos És apaixonado por vendas e por fazer a diferença na área da saúde? Tens experiência em dispositivos médicos e adoras trabalhar diretamente com clientes e cirurgiões vasculares? Esta é a oportunidade que procuras Responsabilidades Principais Alcançar os objetivos de vendas mensais, trimestrais e anuais no território atribuído. Preparar cotações e suportar a gestão de concursos públicos. Adquirir conhecimento técnico detalhado sobre os produtos da empresa para uma venda eficaz. Apoiar e acompanhar o uso dos produtos da empresa em ambiente cirúrgico. Desenvolver e manter relações com os responsáveis de compras hospitalares através de visitas regulares, gerindo os depósitos de produto em cada hospital. Utilizar competências de gestão de território para operar dentro do orçamento de despesas atribuído. Assistir a congressos científicos com objetivos comerciais. Manter o software de gestão de clientes da empresa atualizado (Salesforce.com) e desenvolver uma base de dados sólida. Realizar seguimento mensal de depósitos de produto e AR de clientes. Enviar relatórios de despesas mensais. Perfil pretendido Competências Técnicas Vontade de aprender continuamente e desenvolver conhecimentos técnicos sobre os produtos. Serviço ao Cliente Responder prontamente às necessidades dos clientes e assegurar a sua satisfação. Comunicação Capacidade de comunicação clara, persuasiva e informativa, tanto oral como escrita. Liderança Visionária Demonstrar paixão, otimismo e capacidade para inspirar e ganhar a confiança de clientes e colegas. Visão de Negócio Compreensão das implicações comerciais e do mercado, alinhando os objetivos de vendas aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa. Consciência de Custos Trabalhar dentro do orçamento aprovado e implementar medidas de poupança de custos. Ética e Integridade Agir de acordo com os valores e políticas da organização. Qualificações e Experiência Licenciatura em Ciências da Saúde (preferencial). Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em vendas, idealmente em dispositivos médicos cirúrgicos. Português nativo, com fluência em Espanhol e Inglês (oral e escrito). Competências Informáticas Bom domínio de ferramentas informáticas (Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer e Word). Experiência com Salesforce.com (preferencial). Outros Requisitos Disponibilidade para viajar mais de 50% do tempo. Carta de condução (categoria B).
