We're looking for a Project Director – Commercial Oncology to support our Integrated Business Team (IBT) in fulfilling its mandate. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the IBT, assisting in the development of annual goals, and ensuring the successful and timely execution of all deliverables within those goals. Ready to make a difference?Accountabilities:As the Project Director – Commercial Oncology, you will:Drive the development of IBT scorecard goalsFacilitate market shaping and brand indication planningManage operational support for launchesEnsure clear communication and alignment with IBT objectivesManage meeting logistics and agendasCollaborate on calendar planningProvide support for key initiativesFacilitate seamless collaboration between various partnersEssential Skills/Experience:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, life sciences, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, project management, or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.- Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning processes, and project management methodologies.- Strong facilitation skills, capable of driving productive meetings and discussions.- Demonstrated ability to manage without direct authority, exerting influence to guide teams towards common objectives.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Desirable Skills/Experience:- Project Management Certification and management Consulting experience- Pharmaceutical or equivalent global organization experience; experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures, and guidelinesWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
