Na WINNING CONSULTING procuramos um perfil de Head of Business Development para se juntar às nossas equipas num projeto de um importante cliente do sector automóvel em Lisboa (2x/semana).Requisitos: Licenciatura em Gestão, Administração, ou similares; Pelo menos, 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de negócios e vendas na indústria de conteúdo ou tecnologia; Histórico comprovado de impulsionar o crescimento da receita e atingir metas; Rede de contactos na indústria de conteúdo; Excelentes habilidades de apresentação, comunicação e negociação; Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipa; Capacidade de viajar, conforme necessário, para participar de eventos do sector e encontrarse com parceiros; Conhecimento financeiro e empresarial; Pesquisa e habilidades analíticas.Nice to have: Experiência em desenvolvimento Ágil/Scrum; Experiência em consultoria; MBA ou equivalente.TAREFAS Desenvolver e implementar estratégias e táticas para atingir as metas do negócio; Liderar e aumentar a equipa de desenvolvimento de negócios no diaadia; Gerir o pipeline de negócios das equipas desde a geração do negócio até ao fecho; Negociar contratos e preços com clientes para maximizar o sucesso comercial; Fornecer, desenvolver e manter uma compreensão profunda da indústria de conteúdo, incluindo tendências da indústria, concorrentes e necessidades dos clientes relacionadas ao sector automóvel; Criar relatórios e análises regulares de vendas para a alta administração; Participar de eventos e conferências do sector para fazer networking e promover os produtos e serviços da nossa empresa;Quem Somos?A Winning Consulting é uma empresa de consultoria que oferece serviços de consultadoria, formação, recrutamento e investigação.
