.Technical Sales Manager - Avantor Fluid Handling (M/F/D)Lisboa Carnaxide, Lisboa, Portugal The Opportunity: The role of Techinical Sales Manager within Avantor Fluid Handling (AFH) is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for the Biopharma Production Business Unit on all AFH products. Technical Sales Manager - Avantor Fluid Handling (M/F/D)Lisboa Carnaxide, Lisboa, Portugal The Opportunity: The role of Techinical Sales Manager within Avantor Fluid Handling (AFH) is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for the Biopharma Production Business Unit on all AFH products.The position is with the Biopharma Business Unit and is based in #Spain, or #PortugalWhat We Are Looking For: Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Masterflex, Single Use products, and services used in the clinical and commercial manufacture of biologics. This includes familiarity with processes such as Up-stream manufacture, Down-stream manufacture, Fill & Finish, and R&D. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential. The successful candidate will excel in establishing, maintaining, and growing business relationships with customers. Biopharma Industry Experience: We are seeking candidates with solid experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or supplying technical AFH-based products and services to the biopharma industry. Sales Track Record: A proven track record in achieving sales targets is highly desirable. Desirable Attributes: Strategic Commercial Mindset: The ability to think strategically and contribute to business growth. Natural Project Manager: Capable of managing projects effectively. Confident Communicator: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-Oriented: Pays attention to details and accuracy. Curious and Creative: A- solver who thinks outside the box. Quick Learner: Adaptable and eager to learn. Good Knowledge of Office Applications: Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Full Driver's License: Required for travel and customer visits. How You Will Thrive and Make an Impact: As an Account Applications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Avantor's Biopharma Production Business Unit. Your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills will allow you to build lasting relationships with customers.
