For one of our clients – a company providing a wide range of services and support, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic, open, and bright people for the role of Smart Technologies Consultant with Norwegian or German and English (HYBRID OPTION FROM SOFIA/BULGARIA).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Helping customers with any issues and questions they might have via tickets or calls.
Providing support by listening closely and with care and identifying the best solution.
Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a positive experience.
Identifying and reporting to your superior on observed issue trends and frequent questions.
Working as a part of a team, supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere.
Requirements: Fluency in Norwegian or German and good knowledge of the English language.
Familiarity with iOS and Android OS features and an active interest in learning more.
Great listening and communication skills, able to empathize with the customer.
Friendly approach and drive to be of service and provide the best experience and results.
Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team.
