Job Overview And ResponsibilitiesSyensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group's transformation. Join us in one of our 3 service centres: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok, be part of this transformation journey from the start.
The incumbent will be the referent regarding performance indicators for the Credit management Service Line and will ensure the compliance of the services delivered. The person will be responsible:
To drive the performance indicatorsEnsure their global consistency and to monitor progress versus the ambitionProvide alerts in case of risk of missing the targetTo monitor and drive initiatives, and follow up the required actions plan with key stakeholdersTo coordinate audit requirements and actionsTo act as a key point of contact on M&A projectsHe/she will be a key partner for the Service Owners.
Applicable scope: Credit Management, Cash Collection, and Accounts Receivable
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management & ReportingParticipate in the annual target settings in terms of KPI/OPI in line with the ambition for standardization, automation, and complianceMaster the KPI/OPI definitions and define the specification for IT requirements regarding indicators (BW adjustment, QS improvement)Organize and manage a monthly/quarterly performance review for the Service Line to check performance, issues, and corrective plansMonitor KPIs evolution and progress and provide alerts in case of deviationPropose action and ensure a global follow-up for performance improvement plansBuild and contribute to standard reports to reinforce performance and complianceInform the internal customers, including Buyers, regularly about the performance of the services deliveredDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholdersComplianceMonitor and control Finance Compliance results based on standard reports, dashboards, reliable controls, and alerts to drive compliance quality improvementImplement improvement compliance performance initiatives when required linked to finance strategy and driving value generationPropose and promote procedure improvements to Service unit managersOrganize and manage meetings with the referent stakeholders to follow the compliance regarding Policies, service usage, and performancesMonitor Internal control resultsEducation And ExperienceDegree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance
Possess 3 to 5 years' experience in credit, cash collection, or finance domains
SAP BW reporting experience
BMC Helix reporting experience will be a plus
Must-have SkillsSAP experienceAnalytical skills and familiar with database and data crunchingProactive with a high level of initiative and autonomy in the day-to-day organizationCustomer-oriented with good problem-solving skillsAbility to interact with all levels in the organizationStrong collaboration skillsService-driven mindset and ability to be agileMust-have Language SkillsFluent in English (both written & spoken)
