Scope & Responsibilities As we expand into Portugal, we are looking for a Sales & Account Manager Launcher to take ownership of launching and scaling Orain in the market. This is a 360º role that blends sales, account management, and strategic execution. You will be responsible for generating business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and building the foundation for our long-term growth in the region.
Key responsibilities include: Support the development and execute the go-to-market strategy for Orain in Portugal.Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in key unattended sectors (vending, laundromats, EV charging, gas stations, etc. ).Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and long-term account growth.Act as the main point of contact for partners, resolving any issues esnuring best-in-class service.Hands-on management of projects to ensure timely and successful implementations.Analyze market trends, competition, and performance metrics to optimize sales and client engagement strategies.Define and refine scalable processes to support future growth in the regionTake action to reach your goals and company OKRs.Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, top consulting firms, or leading tech/fintech companies.Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in fintech, payments, or unattended retail industries.Experience in launching or scaling a business in a new market is a huge plus.Strong commercial skills with the ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.Highly autonomous and proactive, capable of executing and delivering in a fast-paced startup environment.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.Native in Portuguese and proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).We'd love to meet with you if you: Are an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.Can independently manage priorities and execute tasks with a high level of self-direction.Are resilient and don't take "no" for an answer, always looking for ways to overcome challenges and achieve goals.Have a passion for fintech, digital payments, and driving market expansion.Flexible work arrangements, recognizing the importance of work-life harmony.Meal vouchers and insurance package to support your well-being.Enjoy 23 days of annual leavePositive and collaborative mindsetDynamic environment with huge growth potential
