Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Account Manager to join our team in Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive business growth and build strong relationships with key hospital clients.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives through effective account management and strategic planning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and competitors
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Analyze customer performance and provide insights to inform commercial decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, medical, and access teams to maximize sales of biosimilars and other products
Requirements
- University degree in health sciences or related field
- Proven experience in hospital sales, preferably with biological, biosimilar, or hospital Gx products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented and self-motivated individual
