We are a European company, founded by M6 and Bertelsmann / RTL Group, with a team of 350 employees across Paris, Lyon, and Portugal.
Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Development & On Boarding Manager to take on a hybrid role that blends business development and client onboarding.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development: Lead and coordinate international RFP responses by collaborating with Product, Delivery, Technical, and Legal teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of submissions.
Work closely with our VP BD to craft compelling proposals that align client needs with company profitability.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and industry events, teaming up with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns.
Create and maintain sales decks, case studies, and product overviews to showcase our solutions.
Stay informed on emerging trends and competitors in the B2B streaming and software markets.
Analyze financial reports from global media giants to identify strategic growth areas and model technical costs.
Client On Boarding: Collaborate with the VP Growth strategy & onboarding to design and refine onboarding processes tailored to client needs.
Own the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate, and lead workshops for new clients, ensuring flawless execution.
Develop client-facing materials to standardize the onboarding experience, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of experience in business development, client onboarding, or related roles in a technology, SaaS, or media company.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
Proven track record with RFP processes and developing commercial proposals.
Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Airtable, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of the B2B streaming ecosystem or digital media market is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
