De forma a dar resposta à sua rápida expansão, através de um posicionamento estratégico no mercado, a Lux Hotels está a recrutar para a posição de Senior Sales Executive, para Lisboa.
Principais responsabilidades:
Identificar oportunidades de negócio: prospecção de clientes, conhecendo as suas necessidades e expectativas, com atenção a oportunidades de negócio;
Desenvolver e fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes: fidelização de clientes através de visitas, follow-up de vendas, apresentações de produtos ou serviços e negociações;
Preparar cotações e negociar acordos de venda, tendo como base a gestão de expectativas tanto dos clientes como da cadeia hoteleira;
Monitorizar resultados e elaborar estratégias de vendas, através do tratamento direto com clientes, definição de metas, análise de dados relevantes para o bom desempenho geral do departamento de vendas
Requisitos:
Gosto em lidar com o cliente, com base na empatia;
Excelente capacidade de negociação;
Dinamismo e proatividade;
Excelente capacidade de comunicação e de observação, com escuta ativa;
Sentido de empatia e facilidade em estabelecer relações interpessoais;
Boa apresentação;
Sentido de organização, rigor e atenção ao detalhe;
Sólidos conhecimentos da língua inglesa (oral e escrito);
Experiência comercial na área de hotelaria; (fator eliminatório)
Disponibilidade total e imediata.
