At least 10 years' experience in a similar positionMain Responsibilities:File transfer team is in charge of delivering the best solution to face business file exchange needsMain Activities:Contribute to the analysis about new flow exchange providing the best tech solutionImplement and/or follow up of new flow coding on Local Platform and central onesTechnical focal point for internal users and external clients on the file transfer subjectSupport the testing phase until the rolloutFacilitate the service transition to first level support teamsProvide 3rd level support as technology expertsContribute to strategic central/ local projectsMain Tasks:Support TasksPerform validation between each environmentPerform regular reviews of scripts before UAT phasePerform a regular report to Project Manager/Technical Leader of server and application points to improveProposes and implement optimizations for the project (can be linked to server configuration, rewrite of scripts)Perform a capacity planning for projects at least once a yearEase implementation between project team and SQL expert team (production) to smooth workProvide support to projects regarding definition of solutionsParticipate on the standardization of practicesParticipate on the validation of migrations done of servers instancesParticipate on the evolution of servers toolsProvide training for IT staff regarding servers technologiesManage incidents according to Service Delivery GITSDE / ITIL Standards / SLA, and in coordination with other teams, including production teams.Re-instate services as soon as possible whenever an incident occursIdentify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them#J-18808-Ljbffr
