Com report direto à Supervisor de Vendas da Onecard, o Gestor Clientes – (Telesales) deverá desenvolver a prospecção ativa de clientes PME para a OneCard. O Gestor de Clientes utilizará telefone, email e outros meios que se fizerem necessários para contactar empresas e demonstrar a capacidade da OneCard em servir estas empresas com os produtos cartão frota combustível.
Responsabilidades Chave O gestor de cliente terá como principais funções:
Prospecção e angariação de novos clientes via canal telefónico;
Contatos outbound para BD disponibilizada e/ou campanhas lançadas pela Onecard (o gestor de clientes pode buscar leads por suas fontes próprias);
Preparação e envio de proposta comercial para leads que tenham demonstrado interesse;
Elaboração dos pedidos de crédito necessários para as aprovações dos limites de crédito dos cartões frota dos clientes;
Condução da negociação, desde o despertar do interesse até o fecho do contrato.
Competências 1 ou 2 anos de experiência de venda telefónica de inbound e/ou outbound B2B (outbound preferível);
Fortes capacidades de perseverança e resiliência;
Skills: sentido de negócio, autonomia, proatividade, curiosidade, forte capacidade organizacional e de gestão de tempo;
Capacidades centradas no cliente e forte resolução de problemas;
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita juntamente com habilidades de escuta ativa;
Domínio no computador, especialmente MS Office e o software CRM;
Licenciatura em Negócios, Marketing ou áreas similares (preferível).
Principais Benefícios Contrato direto com cliente;
Vencimento base: 1100€ + subsidio de alimentação: 9,60€/dia (cartão refeição);
Média da Comissões (anual): 1.300€;
Seguro de Saúde para colaborador e filhos;
Lugar de garagem ou passe social até 120€/mês (apresentação comprovativo);
Modelo híbrido: 3x no escritório;
Local: Av. Dom João II 9 I A and B, 1990-077 Lisboa.
