Our client is a leading innovator in the field of material technology, specializing in raw materials for the hygiene industry, with a strong international presence. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their commercial operations and drive growth in the global hygiene industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales management within the hygiene sector, particularly relating to raw materials.Responsabilidades ChaveDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets;Prospect new market opportunities and lead market analysis efforts to identify trends and new potential partnerships;Manage key client relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities;Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly;Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve business goals;Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service;Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts;Attend industry conferences and events to boost company presence and network;Regular international travel to meet with clients and manage relationships with international commercial partners.CompetênciasBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field;Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, specifically within the hygiene industry materials sector (mandatory);Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the hygiene products industry;Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory;Demonstrable ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and manage international commercial partnerships;Strong mentoring and people management skills;Availability for regular international travel (mandatory);Resilience, client orientation, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.Principais BenefíciosAn opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment;Competitive salary package with performance bonuses;Opportunities for personal and professional growth;A supportive and innovative company culture.
