Our client is a leading innovator in the field of material technology, specializing in raw materials for the hygiene industry, with a strong international presence. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their commercial operations and drive growth in the global hygiene industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales management within the hygiene sector, particularly relating to raw materials. Responsabilidades Chave Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets; Prospect new market opportunities and lead market analysis efforts to identify trends and new potential partnerships; Manage key client relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities; Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly; Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve business goals; Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service; Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts; Attend industry conferences and events to boost company presence and network; Regular international travel to meet with clients and manage relationships with international commercial partners. Competências Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, specifically within the hygiene industry materials sector (mandatory); Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the hygiene products industry; Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory; Demonstrable ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and manage international commercial partnerships; Strong mentoring and people management skills; Availability for regular international travel (mandatory); Resilience, client orientation, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
