As a , you will spearhead initiatives to enhance user engagement, retention, and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities include: 
Strategic Planning: Identify, design, and execute plans targeting user engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty.  Community Engagement: Develop and implement community engagement plans and social media initiatives to enhance player satisfaction and contribute to user growth.  CRM Activities: Oversee CRM activities, including email marketing and push notifications, to boost user retention and engagement. Attracting Users: Explore new channels for attracting users and increasing traffic such as coordinating with influencer management efforts for global content and campaigns. Player Experience Enhancement: Launch initiatives to elevate player experience through community activities and in-game initiatives.  Feedback Management: Monitor and address community feedback and concerns, collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions for user retention.  Brand Strengthening: Contribute to strengthening the 8 Ball Pool brand through strategic planning and execution of brand-building activities.  Collaboration: Liaise with the product team to optimize the user interface and gameplay experience, focusing on player engagement and retention.  Stakeholder Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with external stakeholders, including user-generated content creators, influencer management organizations, and commercial partners to drive user acquisition.  Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with internal teams such as player experience, product, development, live operations, and data analytics to identify and prioritize opportunities for user growth.  Agency Management: Partner with and manage external agencies to deliver content across social media channels, aimed at user acquisition and retention.  What will set you up for success: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically in community management, influencer marketing, user acquisition, or business development. Proven history of driving user acquisition and retention on a global scale. Expertise in managing communications and online communities across key social media platforms. Familiarity with UGC creators, influencer marketing agencies, and relevant external partnerships. Experience in a high-velocity, data-centric environment focused on growth.
