Customer Solutions Manager, AWSI Automotive & ManufacturingWe are seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Automotive & Manufacturing organization, where you will work with our customer Hyundai Motors Group (HMG) on their multi-year journey to the cloud. In this highly visible position, the CSM is a thought leader that acts as a trusted customer advisor ensuring all AWS teams are working together effectively to deliver transformational outcomes for the customer.
In the role, you will be a critical partner to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your delivery experience with large scale transformations and helping shepherd them through their stages of AWS adoption.
You will support and lead complex engagement teams mainly in Korea and North America. You will work as the single-threaded delivery leader and strategic business partner helping customers achieve their business outcomes and drive innovation throughout the engagement life cycle. This leadership includes identifying and responding to business drivers within your customer set. You will define and plan complex integrated workstreams for delivery by builders within AWS, the customer, and multiple partners and vendors and communicate results through executive level and detailed status and financial reports.
In this role, you will enable stakeholder alignment, build team cohesion, and manage project risks while working with the Global Account Manager, Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, Partner Manager, Enterprise Service Manager, and Service team representatives, as well as Training & Certification, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations. You will engage customer and AWS executives to define program strategy, remove blockers, and resolve funding issues. You will translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backwards from our customer's key milestones. The execution of education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions are a few items owned by the CSM that are critical to the success of our customer's cloud journey.

Successful candidates will have cloud expertise, a manufacturing and delivery background, be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and be exemplary communicators both at the management and project team level. Familiarity with the HMG product landscape and organization would be a plus. You will be a peer leader, have the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate and lead virtual teams. Your enterprise experience and operational excellence will influence the team's decisions, provide insight, and help drive secure and robust solutions.
You will evangelize AWS services and influence customers for adopting them. You should be passionate about delivering a great customer experience by deploying AWS solutions and inspiring innovation. You will be obsessed with contributing to the day-to-day management of your customers' successful adoption of AWS.

Experience managing difficult technology projectsRobust understanding of manufacturing and production IT landscape3+ years experience in a senior customer facing roleSuperior written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information to internal and external leadership levelStrong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detailFluent English & Korean languageExperience across different industry verticals, preferably direct experience with global automotive & manufacturing customers and Tier 1 suppliersDirect experience implementing AWS/cloud servicesRobust understanding of key technology and market trendsExperience with a revenue realization in a complex IT transformationDeep understanding of software development/engineering life-cycle from conception to deliveryAWS certified
