About the role As the Lead Generation Manager, you will drive our growth efforts by identifying potential leads and engaging with prospects, primarily through Upwork. Your key role will be to convert prospects into potential customers.
What you'll be doing Identifying potential leads and initiating contact with prospects through Upwork; Work in the sales department with the hiring, marketing, project, engineering, and delivery teams; Ask questions to understand if potential customers meet our criteria; Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team to discuss our product or service; Keep in touch with leads needing more time, provide helpful information, and stay in contact until they are ready; Keep records of prospect interactions, update CRM systems, and track lead progress; Play an active role in providing feedback to the marketing and sales teams about lead quality and how to improve the lead generation and qualification process. What you'll need At least 1 year of experience in lead generation; Hands-on experience with UpWork; Working experience in IT outstaffing companies is a plus; Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher; Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively search for information; Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the capacity to solve practical problems.
