Documentary tender for the recruitment of an Assistant Professor, subject area Nursing - specialisation in Medical-Surgical Nursing
School of Health of the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre
Under the terms of the applicable regulations, it is public that an employment contract is open for an indefinite period, for the disciplinary area of Nursing, area of specialisation in Medical-Surgical Nursing.
Place of work: Facilities of the organisational units that make up the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre.
Number of posts to be filled: one (1) post.
Type of legal employment relationship: Employment contract in public functions for an indefinite period, on a trial basis for 5 years.
Requirements for admission to the tender:
General Requirements:
Be 18 years of age;
Not be disqualified from exercising public functions;
Have the physical strength and mental profile indispensable for the performance of the duties;
Have complied with mandatory immunisation laws.
Special Requirements:
Hold a doctoral degree in the area or in a related area;
Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese;
Qualifications obtained abroad must provide proof of recognition, equivalence or registration of the doctoral degree.
Duties: The assistant professor is responsible for the duties set out in the applicable regulations.
Remuneration: Provided for under the terms of the remuneration system for polytechnic higher education teaching staff.
Application Process: Applications must be formalised by completing the application form available on the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre's online page, addressed to the President of the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre, and submitted before the deadline.
Selection methods: The assessment method will be curricular assessment.
Final classification: Candidates will be classified on a scale of 0 to 100 points based on various criteria.
