ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for operational management of one WBS team within accounts payable;Ensure day-to-day business including operational execution of accounts payable tasks and manage escalations;Take responsibility for service quality and KPIs of the respective accounts payable team;Identify process standardization and improvement opportunities and collaborate and support on its implementation process;People manager of the respective accounts payable team;Act as the AP business partner for the entities under respective team scope while driving standardization;Support transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization;Train new employees, document and review processes with existing team members.RequirementsProfessional experience of 5+ years in accounting with deep and broad understanding of accounts payable and VAT regulations;First leadership experience and skills with performance orientation, good communication skills and assertiveness;Hands on mentality and fast customer-oriented problem-solving abilities;Strong commitment, motivation and high enthusiasm;Former experience as team lead in SSC operations desirable;Good understanding of Procure to Pay end to end process;Advanced SAP FI knowledge;Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (mainly MS Outlook and Excel);Excellent English skills in speaking and writing, one further European language desirable;Team player with a good sense for different company/country.What we offer:Competitive salary package;Health insurance;Career path to suit your ambition;Access to the Webasto Academy to develop your skills;Work-life balance with flexible hours and a hybrid working format;Five extra days off;Wellbeing program, which includes breakfast and fresh fruit available daily and Friday's special bell.At Webasto, you will be part of our sustainability strategy, which incorporates ecological, social, and economic dimensions.
