The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and migrating Sales & Service Cloud/CX solutions, particularly focusing on integration with SAP S/4HANA and migrating to version 2.0.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and strong functional knowledge to drive successful CRM projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Your Key responsibilities Implementation and Configuration Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Sales & Service Cloud solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design. Customize and configure Sales & Service applications to meet client-specific requirements. Design and implement robust integration solutions between SAP C4C and SAP S/4HANA Develop and maintain integration points using middleware such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Ensure data consistency and synchronization between SAP Sales & Service and S/4HANA systems. Lead the migration to SAP Sales & Service Cloud version 2.0 Develop migration strategies and plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform data migration, including data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation activities. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively. Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementations Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sales & Service Cloud functionality and integration. Your Skills and Experience In depth experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementation and integration project Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA integration Hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud version migrations Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar middleware tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to have: SAP Sales & Service Cloud certification Experience in Agile or Scrum project methodologies About us: xelerate.tech is passionate about software, tech, and people.
