Jujur.Honest, trustful, fair.Transparency is key at Jujur.Our team is committed to deliver an honest and personal approach when it comes to recruitment solutions.Candidates and clients come to us as we take the time to really understand their needs.We are upfront while setting realistic and achievable goals.We believe that treating others with fairness and dignity is the rain that helps them grow and be fruitful.Position: Inbound Sales Specialist Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time The successful employee would be responsible for evaluating online social media or advertising content.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Sales Specialist, you will often engage in the Connect, Shop, and Buy phases of the customer journey.You will help customers explore the features and benefits of products and services to determine which ones fit their wants or needs or place an order.Sales can engage via phone or chat.You need to ensure that the customers have the same type of experience as he/she would get as one-on-one while visiting a physical store.You might need to give the Customers information about the store, including its location and hours, upon their request.REQUIREMENTS: Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Turkish (C2) + Proficient in English (B2); Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure; Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference; Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision; Proactively utilize strong sales skills to place an order; Working in a dynamic environment, with customer satisfaction in mind; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Interest in self and team KPIs – focusing on what can be done instead of what cannot be; Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work; Extraordinary teammate, thriving in an environment where camaraderie matters.OFFER: Affordable accommodation in single rooms in shared apartments provided by the employer Sponsored yearly flight back home and return of flight costs to Portugal 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 17:00 Health insurance Cafeteria on site 2 weeks of training partially compensated by the employer Holiday of 22 days per year A dynamic multilingual, multicultural and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential
